My Job Is to Make You Leave
Not because I don't care. Because that's graduation.
Immigrant. Solo founder. Zero VC. $10M+ by 27. Toronto. 20 hours a week.I'm not selling advice. I'm showing you the path I walked myself.
Why I Hate the Word “Consultant”
Here's the dirty secret of consulting:
The longer you're confused, the more they bill.
CPAs, lawyers, business consultants, coaches—they all run the same game. More hours. More retainers. More “let's schedule a follow-up.”
Their incentive is to keep you around. Forever, if possible.
I do the opposite.
When there's real alignment—when you're building something I believe in and I want you in my life for 30 years—I take equity. That means I win when your business wins, years from now. Not while you're paying me.
My job is to get you ready, get you there, and get you out.
When you don't need me anymore? That's not failure. That's the goal. That's graduation.
The Path I Walked
I'm not going to pitch you frameworks or methodology. I'm going to tell you what I did.
Moved to Canada
International student. No network. No safety net.
First business
Learned everything the hard way. Every expensive lesson in the book.
Figured it out

What I Actually Help With
I'm not going to list 47 services. Here's what founders actually come to me for.
Clarity
"I'm stuck and I don't know why."
You have a business. Something's not working. You've been spinning for weeks or months. I help you see what you can't see—the one thing that's actually blocking you.
Structure
"Am I set up right?"
Entities, jurisdictions, tax, ops. The boring stuff that costs you $50K when you get it wrong. I made every mistake in the book—so you don't have to.
Optionality
"How do I build a life that's not trapped?"
Business-first, visa-second. Multi-country banking. Entity structures that maximize freedom. The goal: you can live and work anywhere.
Network
"I need to meet the right people."
Warm intros to operators, lawyers, CPAs, and founders who've done what you're trying to do. Not networking events. Real relationships.
That's it. No 97-point framework. No proprietary methodology.Just: what's the blocker, how do we fix it, and how do we get you out of here.
Three Ways to Work Together
Every engagement starts with a Checkpoint Call. From there, we figure out what you actually need—if anything.
Request a Call
By application only. 60 minutes to diagnose your real blocker—not the symptom you think is the problem.
- The real issue identified
- Concrete next step
- Highly selective
Founder Sprint
Not a course. Not a cohort. You and me, weekly, until you have traction. Then I kick you out.
- Weekly 1:1 sessions
- Find ICP, nail positioning
- First paying customers
Strategic Partnership
Deep strategic partnership for founders ready to scale. Not consulting—real partnership.
- Bi-weekly strategy sessions
- Network intros
- 30-year relationships
Why I Reject 60-70% of People
I'm not for everyone. I know that sounds like marketing. It's not.
I work with 10-15 founders per year. I reject 60-70% of people who reach out.
Not because they're not good enough.
Because this specific path—bootstrap, forever-hold, freedom-first—isn't for everyone. Most people want to raise VC and exit in 5 years. That's fine. It's just not what I do.
The Checkpoint Call is where we figure out if this is a fit. Sometimes it's not. That's fine.
I'd rather reject you early than waste both our time.
What Founders Say
“George told me I'd know when I was ready to leave. I didn't believe him. Six months later, I had $30K MRR and realized I hadn't called him in three weeks. That's when I knew.”
Marcus
B2B SaaS founder, bootstrapped
$30K MRR
“I came to George with a visa problem. He told me I had a business problem. He was right. Fixed the business, O-1 approved in 6 months.”
Priya
AI tools founder, immigrant
O-1 approved
“I'd worked with three consultants before George. They all wanted to keep me around. George literally said 'you don't need me anymore' after month 4. That's when I trusted him most.”
James
Logistics founder, solo
Graduated month 4
“Deployed my Google severance with George's guidance. 18 months later: $400K/year, own 100% of it. Still text him occasionally. He still responds in 10 minutes.”
Mei
ex-FAANG PM → founder
$400K/year
